Dry spots, dog patches, worn tracks, and shade — the four lawn problems that ordinary seed just can’t fix.
Evergreen Dwarf Grass Seed is a low-growing, all-year-green variety bred to repair the spots other lawns leave behind. It germinates in about 7 days, knits into a full lawn in around 30 days, and needs far less watering and mowing once established. One sowing, a soft dense lawn that stays green through the seasons.

How To Sow
Four steps to a brand-new lawn
1
Prepare the soil
Clear weeds and stones, loosen the top layer, and rake the surface level.
2
Sow the seeds
Spread grains evenly by hand or spreader, then rake lightly to cover with a thin soil layer.
3
Water gently
Keep the soil moist with light daily watering until sprouts appear in about 7 days.
4
Enjoy & mow less
Within about 30 days the lawn is dense and established — the dwarf habit then needs little mowing.

Questions
Before you sow
CanI plant this over existing grass?
Yes, it is excellent for “over-seeding” to fix patchy areas or thicken up an existing lawn.
How often do I need to mow it?
Far less than a normal lawn. This is a dwarf variety that grows low and dense, so pruning is not required and mowing is only occasional once the lawn is established.
Does it stay green in winter?
It is an evergreen, cold-resistant variety that keeps its color all year round rather than going fully dormant and brown.
Is this grass safe for dogs?
Absolutely! Our seeds are non-toxic and the grass is durable enough to withstand pet urine and playtime.
How much water does it need?
Water lightly once or twice a day to keep the surface moist until sprouts appear (about 7 days). Once established, the drought-tolerant roots need much less watering than ordinary lawns.
